Balluun Welcomes Joseph J. Flynn as an Investor and Strategic Advisor

Balluun Inc. announced today that it has added Joseph J. Flynn, a veteran executive in the trade show industry, as an investor and strategic advisor.

Mr. Flynn has deep experience in trade show management, healthcare services, business development, M&A and corporate strategy and has raised tens of millions in capital for his successful business ventures. Mr. Flynn currently serves as CEO of Vereco LLC, a Southern California based Healthcare IT Services company. Prior to that he served as Co-Founder and CEO of Auxilio Inc and later the CEO of CynergisTek Inc (NYSE: CTEK), the leading provider of healthcare cyber security services, after the two companies merged. Prior to his tenure in the healthcare IT industry, Mr. Flynn had spent over a decade in the international and domestic trade show industry, in several senior executive positions at Neilsen Expositions (now Emerald Expositions), Advanstar Communications, and E.J. Krouse.
